A dedicated key worker, chosen by the service user, that will work with them to set goals throughout the year. Our key workers will help to build their service users confidence, and develop their independence
A personal support plan (PSP) that each service user will develop with their dedicated key worker
A range of group activities and outings, helping our service users to develop socially
Opportunities to visit the cinema or go for a meal, even to go and see a game of football as a small group
Personalised 1-2-1 support, including help with medicines, college work, preparing meals, personal care, getting dressed etc.
Support with finance management including paying bills and debts, applying for benefits, and developing a budgeting plan,
Encouragement to keep in touch with their family, friends, and local community

ABOUT US

High quality supported living accommodation

All of our supported living accommodation is finished to a very high standard, and each building has great links to the community, is ideally located, and has a wide range of local amenities right on the doorstep.

Our service users will enjoy 24/7 support, including a night time support work who is on-hand should they be needed.

At Support4U Ltd, we can also provide a range of home care services and floating support in Walsall and across the West Midlands.
